Company Structure
The International Federation of Environmental
Health is an association of national organisations of Environmental Health
professionals.
It is registered under, and controlled by, United
Kingdom Company Law as a Company limited by guarantee and having no
shareholders.
The Federation Constitution is contained within the Company's
Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The Federation was inaugurated on
September 25th 1985 and registered as a Company on June 6th 1986 with the
registration number of 2026062.
